if you want to taste the delicious ottoman kitchen you should visit this place

I stayed for one week with my family at istanbiul and we went there two times for dinner because the food is fantastic. Very traditional and unbelievable. The service is friendly and nice and we loved to stay there for dinner.
I can fully recommend özbolu.
