I haven't been to Bursa or Istanbul for a few years so I can't speak for these cities howveer I do know Antalya well. This is where it gets confusing although The Queen Elizabeth Hotel is in the state of Antalya, it is not in the city of Antalya. Its in a small town called Goynuk about 45 minutes by bus outside the city to the west. It is a modern all inclusive hotel shaped like an ocean liner. It also has a spa, this means you can have Turkish and usually mud baths and other water treatments here. I haven't stayed there and never would as I am not a fan of all inclusive hotels.
